Cochlear Implants in Illinois
There are three different companies that market Cochlear Implants.  If you are thinking about getting a cochlear implant you might want to research and join a community within one of the companies.  By joining a community, you will be able to meet and chat with others who have a CI.

              Med-El
 
 
In the state of Illinois, there is a support group for those with cochlear implants or for those thinking about cochlear implants.  The group is called the Illinois Cochlear Implant Chapter and is a division of the national Hearing Loss Association of America (HLAA).
